I’ve tried to withdraw and been denied twice and sent them emails with no response so I tried to cash out again and been pending for a while now. I’ve sent all documents and ids but nothings happen and they even won’t reply to no emails. Agent support is rubbish no help at all

since the 14 April. The thing is that wnt reply to any emails I’ve sent, and I’ve never had any problems withdrawing with other casinos except raging bull and roo casino. Even though too casino has a bad rep but there support agents are much better than raging bull.

I reviewed the situation and also all of your communications with the casino at length Bounheng. While I can find that you have indeed submitted documentation including your Laotian passport you have yet to submit proof of legal residence in Australia after multiple requests from the casino.


Please submit your Australian residence visa, Australian passport, or other proof of legal residence and we should be able to get the ball rolling for you.

Hi, Nick I’ve did and done everything they need but why is it taking so long to process and be approve and not pending? It’s been quite some time now and I’m getting annoyed with all this.

Apologies for the delay in response here, though I did manage to push all of your documentation through, have your withdrawal approved, then get it released to our 3rd party payment providers on the 22nd of May. That should hit your bank account within 10 business days if it hasn't already.
