Well its really not a complaint per say, I was told I'd get an email so that I could do the KYC thing and get everything lined up for how to receive my money,this was the first time I'd ever even played on this so Was a bit surprises and in the withdrawal page it said time withdraw 200.00 and so I am already aware that the 75.00 will come out off the top and I'm fine with that,its Fair, but only drawing out 100.00 and then losing the other hundred I'm not OK with,that doesn't seem fair whether I'd had the opertunity to make a deposit yet or not, a win is a win right, and it stated when I was doing the withdrawal process that I could withdraw the limit thats between 100.00 and 2,500, I read everything despite the chat lady trying to get my attention and then she never sent me the instructions or copy of our chat, I had told her I was going to jot things down and was trying to but anyways, just waiting to here from you guys on that 200.00 withdrawal imowed OK . thanks

Have you tried to communicate this issue with casino? Could you please specify which exact bonus you have redeemed and played? I would like to check terms and conditions. Do I understand correctly that you’ve accumulated your winnings purely from a free promotion, without depositing any funds into your account?
