I had a withdrable amount and a non withdrable amount, so I made a withdrawal for $200.

In the withdrawal section it said.

Withdrawable:- $200

Non withdrable:- $0.00

So when I made a $200 withdrawal, they took $100 of that as that was the bonus amount (which I thought was $84), so my problem is if it is not withdrawable should it at least say so?

And show this as.


Balance:- $200


Withdrawable:- $100


Non withdrawable:- $100


This is clear easy and understandable.

Otherwise I would not have made the withdrawal!!!!!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please specify which exact bonus you have redeemed any played? I have checked general promotional rules, and this is what I found https://www.ragingbullplay.com/terms.php:


"Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus amount is always considered non-cashable and will be removed from the amount of your withdrawal request. E.g., if the Player receives a bonus of ($)00 and later requests a ($)390.00 withdrawal, the ($)100.00 bonus will be removed, and the withdrawal will total ($)290. Withdrawal requests made for less than the bonus received will be denied and returned to the Player’s account."

I will close this case as I believe I am banging my head against a brick wall.

I am right regardless and it has now cost me $100 to withdraw $100 I will be dissociated from this casino and any others that posses the same wrong doings.

Thanks to the Guru for trying but I believe hell will freeze before a casino will pay, promptly and the correct amount minus bank fees (of course) so far "Katsubet Casino" have paid promptly and correctly heck they make other casinos look foolish.
