The issue was not resolved as the player did not respond to the Complaints Team's inquiries, which led to the rejection of the complaint.

On 2/10/2024 I made a test withdrawal (in DOGE cryptocurrency and this is important - the deposit was also in cryptocurrency) at RABONA casino because I always do this to check the credibility and withdrawal times and to force KYC.


Of course, after a few days they asked me for all the necessary documents for KYC and I did it. I was still waiting for the withdrawal and from time to time I asked on livechat to check its status and each time I was assured that the withdrawal was already in the final stage and I would receive it in a moment. Today (11/11/2024) I received information by email that my withdrawal had been canceled. So I asked on livechat why it was canceled because nothing specific was written in the email and I got the answer that THE WITHDRAWAL WAS CANCELLED BY THE USER.


First of all, I as a user had no way to cancel this withdrawal, so this is a lie on their part. I guess the real reason is that the DOGE cryptocurrency rate is 200% higher than on the day of the withdrawal and now they are telling me to order the withdrawal again. In my opinion, this is a scam and they are also lying that I canceled the withdrawal myself.
