Hello, I am contacting you to ask for your help. I made a deposit of €50 at Rabona casino by bank transfer on Monday, October 10, 2022. This is transaction n°144626955. 


The transfer from my bank was successful as you can see in the screenshot. However, I was never credited to the Rabona account. 


After contacting their technical support, they replied that the transfer had been cancelled.

Yet I explain to them that the money has been withdrawn from my bank account but they don't want to know anything and tell me that the money will come back after 5 days. The time has expired and the money is neither in the Rabona account nor in my bank account. 


The money has disappeared and despite all the evidence provided, they don't want to help me. 


A casino must ensure that the money deposited by its customers does not disappear once it has been withdrawn from the bank account, and must carry out the necessary inquiries with its payment operator to recover it.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
