I had about 17 000 in rabona , and when lost betting's to 7 000k and try to take 2x500 rabona took from me over 4800 euros they took my winnings and delete all the logs in the history and deposit.

Hi it was not bonuses it was a point of my money spent and bets winning , with points as I bought player card for points and sold that cards

there is now 2770$ there but they restricted my account for over month now , I have send them documents that they have asked me 10 times , I raised support case 5-6 times , and. I talk with support 10 times and they just not helping.


i had over 17 000 k there and I lost to 7-8k . After They took money and winnings down to 2700 $ they never also calculated loss of 10000

Thank you for your reply, raticsasa. Could you please clarify if you currently have access to your casino account? Is the remaining balance in the real money or bonus money balance?

Also, you mentioned in your initial message that the casino deleted your log history. Please forward me screenshots of your current balance, and what you see when you try to access your cashier and game history. You can send it to my email address or post it here.
