The casino is experiencing some sort of glitch which is not allowing me to withdraw my money. I have verified my account and communicated the error with the casino. They are aware of it and are looking into it. The only issue is that it's been over a week now and if I don't reach out to them they don't say anything. I get the impression that discussing this issue with the casino on this website might accelerate the issue

Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

Could you please forward me the communication with the casino explaining the error at veronika.l@casino.guru? Alternatively, you may post screenshots here.

When was the last time you communicated with customer support regarding the error with their payments? Have they specified when would it be fixed?
