The casino is experiencing some sort of glitch which is not allowing me to withdraw my money. I have verified my account and communicated the error with the casino. They are aware of it and are looking into it. The only issue is that it's been over a week now and if I don't reach out to them they don't say anything. I get the impression that discussing this issue with the casino on this website might accelerate the issue
