The player from Germany requested a cashout from the casino more than 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately the cashout wasn't processed yet. We closed the complaint because the player didn't reply to our messages and questions.
I've been waiting for my winnings to be processed and paid out since 05/06/2023. I hardly ever get any feedback from the specified casino. Patience is always requested. Haven't received a cent yet.
