i made several withdraws in the past without having problems, which where done in a couplay of days

verification was not needed and is still not need

i did not use any bonus

  • the last successful withdraw was made on 15.04.2024
  • normally i use mastercard for deposit and withdraw but at the time i made this withdraw they removed mastercard, so i used crypto this time
  • the status of my withdraw is still pending
