The player from Australia had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hadn't been processed yet. After we advised him to wait for at least 14 days after requesting his withdrawal, the player informed us that the casino had started making small payments. Following his confirmation that he was satisfied with the resolution, we marked the complaint as resolved.

Casino keeps rejecting withdrawals without any specific reason why


I deposited approx $300 and had a huge win on the slots won a total of 39000, still have over 30k in the account


Since then they keep refunding my withdrawals' (of which you can only withdrawal $800 at a time)


Quickwin continually claim you have put wrong payment details which is incorrect, they don't answer emails , they don't do verification. Their chat hosts are very difficult and unfriendly, they will not put you thru to their finance dept.


I have tried submitting my payment details approx 10 times, with correct account details and international bank codes but always get been rejected within 24 hours with the following email

We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request in amount of 800 AUD has failed to be processed successfully.In order to successfully process another withdrawal request for you, please follow the instructions bellow:

Please, resubmit withdrawal with correct bank and account details

I have tried talking to their live chat and sent emails both to their support and financial emails, i have had nil response

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
