The player from Norway requested a withdrawal approximately a week before submitting this complaint. On the day he submitted the complaint, the money was returned to his gaming account and the player was asked to use a different payment method. After the player used a different payment method, he received his winnings.

On 22.05.2023 I withdraw my 2600 euros from this site and receive email notifications on the 23.05.2023 that my withdrawal was approved. They said funds will receive to your bank about 5 days. Today 30.05.2023, I ask the support why is the funds have not yet received. They said that the funds were already been paid. Couple of minutes after I receive an email from them saying that funds were returned from my bank to my gaming account. I was surprise and dissapointed due to waiting time. I ask my bank if there were any transactions coming from outside the country with the amount of 2600 euros. Bank told me no there were no incoming transactions from outside the country. I directly ask the support center and they cannot answer it. Thinking that they are really lying why they cant tell to me the truth. They cant really give me the reference id on the money transfer they send to my account. This is the worst experience i ever encounter. They said to me to make another withdrawal request on another bank. I hope they will do it cause if not they are all fraud.

Hi, yes i do receive last week that the withdrawal was approved and all my kyc documents were verified. I keep on asking since friday on the status of my withdrawed funds and they said that it has been payed and shall wait to receive to my bank. Today i ask the status since it has been the 5th day and they said that the bank return the funds to my gaming account. I was shocked why. I ask them the ref id they made for the bank transfer and they cant provide it. So i doubt why they cant provide it. I ask my bank if there are any transactions coming outside the country with the amount 2200 euros or 26030 nok but the bank said they never receive incoming transactions. And then came my second doubt why they were not able to give the ref id and why the bank said they dont receive incoming transactions since last week. Now i authorize them to do a manual payout on the funds using my another bank account. I hope this will work cause if not there is something wrong is going on with there site. I tried other sites earlier this month and did receive successfully my funds. It feels that the management of this site wants to reverse psychology on players for betting more or rolling more your winning funds until you lose. This should neither be there approach cause that shows how unproffessional they treat to a client

I just receive the email from the support team from this site and mentioned the TX id and the payment provider which was named paytah. When i try to see the trustpilot on paytah it seems it cannot be trusted since they were fined from MFSA for anti-money laundering act. I hope the new payment provider they use now which is isx.money will work

Just receive the funds in my bank now. They did a manual transfer yesterday which was successful which only take 1 day. I was doubting why they use payment provider which was fined 2 years ago for money laundering. This gives a dissatisfactory feedback from the customers/clients. I dont actually how they manage this but it feels like there is no trust for the customer about this case

Yes just today. You can just remove all my comments. But in my rating here on this casino is poor since the support cannot give you the right answer. Poor management since they use a non approve payment service provider from Norway (paytah which was fined for MFSA for money laundering). Customers trust cannot give a good satisfaction.
