The player from India had his winnings voided due to “promotion error”. The casino stopped responding to our messages and didn't provide a proof of their claims, therefore we closed this complaint as 'unresolved'.
I withdrawal request 45000 they cancelled my withdrawal...and also my winning amount 0.. they told me this is promotion error so we cancel you winning amount...they are mad may be..how can you cancel winning amount....if I loose you never gave me back Money..but I won you never pay me....

They told me you abusing us..so they closed my account.....if you are fake if you didn't give withdrawal...if you cheat customers..who's to worship you.... everyone engry....they excuse and closed my account..

I would like to know if you are sure you didn't breach the casino's T&Cs. For example I found this term in the bonus T&Cs:
"The maximum allowed bet containing bonus money is ₹500/$6/€6. Bonus winnings from higher bets will be removed."
Yes I read all terms and conditions but I didn't bet from Bonus money ...I bet only with my real payment•••
