The player from US received only part of his bonus winnings. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
After depositing 50 and receiving a 200% bonus on a no wagering/ no play through game i ended the session with a win of 800.00 so after many many emails i was finally able to cash out using bitcoin , now 2 days later i received 150 worth of bitcoin that leads to now . After 2 more days of tring to reach miss VIP Nessa she finally sent me 3 diff emails 1) saying thank you for wire signup for withdraw which i did not do .2 saying that the amount is less the bonus as stated in terms ... in my mind i am still owed 550 but again she will not answer any emails to help me out . Can you please reach out and help me ??.

Do I understand correctly that you have not received a clear explanation why your winnings were reduced?
