The player from UK requested a withdrawal in April, but it hasn’t been processed. After a reply from the casino, the issue wasn't resolved. We ended up closing the complaint as unresolved because the casino hasn't provided any update regarding the issue in the allotted time.

Withdrawal request submitted on 26th April 2022 for £705.58, second withdrawal request submitted 28th April 2022 for £468.00.


emails received saying will be processed within 72 hours (1st withdrawal) and 5-7 days (second withdrawal), still show as pending and various excuses for the delay. Several times it has been due to casino software update which has caused delays in some withdrawals being processed, told this via chat this morning and then email an hour or so later is due payment provided having accounts audited. Told all the time take 5-7 days but not their fault if over 7 days. Currently waiting 16 and 14 days.


contacted from finance department querying whether chargeback had been put in, confirmed no it hadn’t and no response from them. Account is verified.

i am just about to forward you several emails showing chat transcripts and emails received. I have not made any other withdrawals and winnings were accumulated with no bonus being applied.

Was told 16th and 23rd May would be paid that week. Still show as pending. Withdrawals requested 26th and 28th April, no longer able to access online chat just takes me directly to send a message.

We usually attempt to process withdrawals within 5 to 7 days, according to our Withdrawal Policy (Withdrawal Policy - paragraph 5)

No I have not received my withdrawals and they still show as pending on my transaction history! These are pending since 26th and 28th April so a lot more than 5-7 days. I have had various excuses for the delay and several promises of payment but yet these are still pending. When will these be paid?

If the transaction has been completed, could you provide mspacman with the document of the transaction with a tracking number so that she can verify it with her bank?

Still pending withdrawals over 6 weeks later and confirmation today that still don’t know when will be paid. I don’t think they’ll ever pay out! Link to ticket in emails don’t work, takes you to log in and then log in always incorrect, even though know it isn’t as same as what used to log in to casino. Not even giving a reason now for the delay…

Unfortunately, since we have not received any response from the casino regarding the issue for a long time, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.
