Hello I made the withdrawal on the 27th of February so a long time ago. The accounts all verified.was told Monday I would have the money in a couple of days and still nothing then it went to Friday and I never got anything from them. The live chat is awful from them they know nothing. Where do I stand with this

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please advise if it was your first withdrawal in this casino? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? Which payment method you have opted for to receive your winnings?


It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

It is my first withdrawal with these and no there wasn’t a bonus involved in this.

Ive had to use wise banking to get the money because of of my bank being Barclays

there saying they’ve sent it and it’s up to the banking now so I don’t understand at all.

No I’ve received nothing off them regarding tracking numbers etc only them saying It’s been processed that’s it . It was processed last Monday, that’s why I think it’s a scam

They’re saying due to multi accounts so I’ve now asked them to prove This.I had only one account this is an excuse not to pay me out.

I have only made deposit on one day with one account. Why would I make two accounts on a site where they won’t pay out for even one account. They have no proof of two accounts

Just reading some other complaints with customers from pulp casino and they seem the have the same reason as me. They don’t want to pay out so use the excuse that people have made two accounts I certainly haven’t made row accounts and have many screenshots of conversations between them and my self. I just want my money and to keep away from them.

Hello I’ve been told to come back here

They have now processed a refund of 700 for the deposit I put in.

I have asked for evidence of the multi accounting they say but they haven’t got back on that and it’s been 48 hours. They won’t reply to me now just keep saying your refund deposit is on the way back. I would like to get this sorted ASAP I have screen shots etc of the live chats

I can confirm not body has used or made an account with my email address, No body gambles in my house and there’s only 3 of us myself my mum and little brother. It’s impossible for someone to have done this

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the Casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
