The casino confiscated the player's winnings as these were accumulated using the incorrectly credited comp points. The issue was communicated between the involved parties and a mutual agreement was reached. The casino partially compensated the player. The complaint was closed as 'Resolved' after the player confirmed they considered the issue to be resolved.

Never ever I encounter a casino like this.

i managed to win 2600 euro and they took everything away.

i Noticed that small amount of money was adding up but the main money was earned by my bets on the french roulette on the netEnt.

they had this comp points do for me it was like a bonus.

when I did the kyc, they took all the money and gave me a bonus of 100 instead.

the reason was that money was earned due to a technical issue of the comp points

they could explained why exactly.

i started to play with the 100 euro ans d I earned another 500 euro.

they locked my account and told me that was a technical issue on my account and it will be resolved within 48 hours.

since then they changed the issue. It’s now down the soft provider.

everyday I’m requesting answer about what’s going on.

and they pretended it will be resolved.

Now they locked me from the chat without explanation

Hi,

now I was allowed back.

the balance of 600 euro was till available.

i haven’t stop to play for the last 48 jours.

the Wager requirement was x50

i did wager over the requirements and I can’t withdraw the money.

I have been In touch with them on a daily basis.

Technical issue again.

the wager calculation doesn’t work and they unable to fix.

they Told that someone will get in touch but it never happened.

my balance is 1448 as we speak.

and im stuck in a neverland casino where everything is impossible expect make deposit.

i don’t play on slot but roulette only

it’a getting worse and worse.

after managing to make a withdrawal of 1500 euro.

it was declined after 5 days in pending.

i was speaking to an agent every single day.

and they were reassuring me that the money would be paid.

Now the balance is down to 36 euro.

and no explanation was given.

they have no intention to paid any money whatsoever.

Our compliance team has reviewed your gameplay and deposit pattern and noticed that your current winnings are the result of the unfair use of our comp point system.

 

On the VIP page, clearly states the terms to gain comp points, and it is clear that for some reason (technical error), you have been credited with comp points that you are not entitled to. Calculation of those points were incorrect.

In your case basically you got 10.006 pounds on your account just for playing slot games(not winnings)

 

The source of your current balance is from exchanging those comp points into funds and playing them, and therefore according to our terms of use that you have agreed on, it is forbidden.

this is not the true and you know it.

those point were added without my knowledge.

you even told me that it was technical issue that it was only happening to me.

you closed my account for a fews day to resolve the situation.

then I was able to play.

i did

it was genuine winning and you seized any winning by adding comp point without my knowledge.

i never was able to withdraw any money and my Iban was correct. It was copied and paste from my account.

you also never game me explanation over the email , you blocked me from the chat.

They made a transfer of 480 on my bank account.

it doesn’t make up for the 2600 euro.

i still don’t understand their comp point system and why I was blamed for their technical issue.
