I deposited €20 and took the welcome bonus and received €40 and had to wager around €5000. Which I also managed and even had a good credit then. From 1200 approximately. Then wanted to withdraw 800 euros and played a little more with the rest of the money. So it was completely implemented and real money, so to speak. Mainly I made bets of 1-2 euros and with the rest of the money I had some profits again, in the meantime also around 1400 euros again, but I still gambled on. In the meantime my account was checked and also confirmed and the next day I received a message. That I violated the terms and conditions and placed bets over 4 euros. What I didn't do at all when converting the bonus. But only afterwards. Yes, in any case, the winnings were canceled and only the 20 euros I had paid in were credited back to me. After that no more answer. I'm really angry about it. Especially since I probably would have deposited more than double that in the next few months anyway. But well, luckily it was only 20 euros. But that's probably also their problem, that I won too much with the first deposit. I've reported it and hope it gets resolved. That's not how it works.

Ich zahlte 20 Euro ein und nahm den Willkommensbonus und erhielt 40 Euro und musste 5000 Euro ungefähr umsetzen. Was ich auch schaffte und sogar ein gutes Guthaben dann hatte. Von 1200 ungefähr. Wollte dann 800 Euro auszahlen lassen und spielte mit dem Restgeld noch einwenig weiter. Also es war komplett umgesetzt und sozusagen Echtgeld. Hauptsächlich machte ich Einsätze 1-2 Euro und hatte mit dem restgeld auch wieder einige Gewinne, zwischenzeitlich auch wieder um 1400Euro, aber zockte noch weiter. In der Zwischenzeit wurde mein Konto geprüft und auch bestätigt und am nächsten Tag erhielt ich eine Nachricht. Dass ich gegen die AGBs verstoßen haben und Wetten über 4Euro getätigt habe. Was ich aber beim umsetzen des Bonus garnicht getan habe. Sondern erst danach. Ja aufjedenfall wurden mir die Gewinne gestrichen und mir nur die eingezahlten 20 Euro wieder gutgeschrieben. Danach keine Antwort mehr. Ich ärgere mich richtig darüber. Zumal ich wahrscheinlich die nächsten Monate wahrscheinlich eh über mehr als das doppelte eingezahlt hätte. Aber nun gut, zum Glück waren es nur 20 Euro. Wahrscheinlich ist aber auch das ihr Problem, dass ich mit der ersten Einzahlung, gleich zuviel gewonnen habe. Habe es jetzt erstmal gemeldet und hoffe das es geklärt wird. So geht es ja nicht.
