This casino does not care about problem gamblers with mental disorders, nor do they have the ability to acknowledge the signs, behaviors, and extent of losses accumulated by problem gamblers, fail to intervene when problem gamblers request for self exclusion by fulfilling the request, and failed to operate a casino with integrity to protect vulnerable individuals that have compulsive gambling and mental health disorders, only to gain pure profit off of compulsive gambling addicts . Not only are they supposed to intervene when there is activity within their casino that red flags addictive gambling and profound and continuous loss from an individual, they are definitely supposed to more closely monitor a gambler at their casino that they are already aware of has disclosed their gambling addictions and mental health issues and failed miserably as they did not monitor at all, not even temporarily disable my account.
