TERRIBLE! Stay away! Beginning of 2022 I Won $5,000 clean deposit, verified my identity successfully, stated I would receive my winnings within 48 hours and the next day they closed my account and didn't even tell me why. I had to contact customer support to inquire about my withdrawal, and they said they are not paying me under their terms for "reservation of right " They did not provide a specific reason for just cause. I called customer service via phone, and a lady told me that they tried to deposit my withdrawal but my bank rejected it. BS! My bank had no record of such a transaction. Casino Guru tried to step in when I filed a complaint, but they never responded. Passive regulator. BLACK POINTS. Seeing how the BAD customer review responses on Guru out numbered all the other ratings I am perplexed as to why Guru rates them as above average in trust index. The website itself is a solid 2 out of 5. As for customer service goes, they deserve a negative rating but since there is no way to give them anything less than a zero, 1 out of 5 will have to be my answer by default. They reply back to your questions with more questions or with these, "copy and paste," answers. You can tell the difference in responses because conversational dialogue becomes significantly worse with the lack of punctuation, sentence structure, basic capitalization, and an onset of sudden grammatical error. I would have to say that the best part about all of this is when an operator gives their generated response with no explanation and even before you get the chance to read the first word in their sentence, it’s followed up by them terminating the chat due to, "inactivity." I can’t. They really know how to put the Rush in GoldRush.
Games are fun.

Thet have ripped me off for $100 cash out bonus. Then they won't give my $15 I deposited to recieve my winnings. They put an operator's balance on it and said I didnt complete the first bonus. I asked how I cashed out and all their answer was is the fiance team has those answers. Which of course the fiance team has no contact with players. I then won on their new book us and they have on my statement I forfeited. This casino is a scam and they will steal your money and time. If anyone has any idea who i could contact besides customer support that would be great. It is the same set of people everytime I call. I'm still waiting for either my $15 or the $100 I won twice actually. I play a lot of online casinos and this is the only one that has ever stole from me. Which even according to my account statement and play history clearly showed the removal Of the funds without recrediting it. Which I did, only to have every other customer service person tell me that I already played it. When you do catch them in their lies the chat gets disconnected. Weird right.
