A few months ago kings chance claimed that my husbands deposit never went through and it had - they then refused to let him withdrawal the amount he had won so scammed him thousands.

- Not trustable

- Rude customer service who repeatedly close chat

Jackpot Jill vip ex member they closed my account when I questioned them on 8 k been played in to one machine then again 6 k again 2 k - and no payout / I then noticed thousands missing from my account over the period if being signed up and am having the fraud team look into it.

- Taking money fraudulently
- Closed my account when question over money missing and when thousands played into one game
- Rude uneducated people chatting to you
- Upgraded to vip got my own host all misleading unhelpful no extra bonuses to being none vip
