For one year now, I’ve been complaining about Crypto withdrawals!! and that on my screen you can deposit fine but when you go to cash out it does not allow you to put a Crypto address so nothing happens back-and-forth with the VIP host Rachel and you get nowhere. I only play at this casino and have done so for a long time. BUT SOMETHING HAS HAPPENED!.... All I do is deposit! I cannot get a win, I'm lucky if I win free spins on any of the games a withdrawal is out of the question! I've noticed that this started when they got rid of the Quikspin games.

Had absolutely no issues whatsoever in regards to withdrawals. Successfully withdrew 2 major payouts first being $62,000aud, not a moment of run around or delay with verification process and approval for payout the whole process took about 24hrs to have my account verified, payout approved and then another 48hrs for the first of my 10k ler 7days withdrawals. I want to like this casino, as it has the potential to be an awesome place for Slots/pokies & I'm pretty sure it's a sister site or at least owned by the same people that run Jokaroom (Which is definitely in my top 10 Casinos list). Don't waste your time, find a casino with fast withdrawals and who value their players. Jackpot Jill Withdrawals are a joke and deliberately take forever and are left in pending in the hope you will reverse it and lose it. VIP treatment doesn't exist unless you then become a Platinum VIP, but you will not find this information under their VIP information. They do not value your loyalty at all. I gave 1 star because I liked some of their games but they recently got rid of the providers I liked best and the ones that would reward the player with more consistent wins.
Overall The casino started off promising but really disappointed and let me down, left me feeling used and unappreciated despite the $1000s spent.....
