We want players to understand gambling.

Did your tester even play there or just look at the site. NOT A SINGLE game is running (I'm referring to slots). for months. I test it every now and then - out of pure curiosity.
Either the slots don't open at all or crash after the second spin. the messages:
1. "oops, something went wrong, but we fixed it.",
2. "Network problem",
3. "You don't have enough money."
in the sequence. You can try this every day and you won't be disappointed. No matter which browser or device you use, whether you change them or turn them upside down. you could bet on it. Apart from that, everything is just completely unclear. The T & Cs are radically minimalist; if you have questions, you can draw an answer. you really need to adjust the rating here as quickly as possible.

  • I think the idea (& the three free tickets per day too, of course) with the e-sport bingo is pretty good)
  • um... well.
  • you simply can't play - at least slots - due to (permanent) technical problems
  • T&C's unclear
  • everything else too

Mondcasino is absolutely recommended. no hassle with verification, fast payouts, a wide range of games.
the chat support is simply awesome. one of a kind. ALWAYS friendly, never prefabricated answers, always human in the best way.
on top: transparent cashback with no wager and and they don't skimp with freebies when you deposit without bonus. plus an excellent loyality program.
from Casino Guru is listed under negative: "Not all game providers are available for all countries." that doesn't matter at all since VPN is allowed.
in my eyes the best casino at the moment.

as the previous speakers pointed out, it´'s really complicated to cash out - what, besides a decent website, is the most important thing when it comes to OCs. Casinoin refuses to proceed payouts with methods previously accepted for deposits, (and this affects not only German players and GlüVst-confusions, as I first suspected). suddenly - and without further information - only Crypto-payouts are accepted. but you need a "verified crypto-wallet", which means that you must deposit 50, - euro (!) equivalent in cryptocurrency on top to "verify" & cash out your winnings. btw: minimum amount that can be withdrawn is 100,- euro (in crypto)...
nightingale i hear you trapsen...
besides that i had a hard time to remove an automatically added bonus on my first deposit via chat support.
support is friendly in general but understaffed as it seems and its not advised to expect more then a friendly shrug.
all in all, this is not a good place for people to play.
not recommended.
