Customer service is the worst bot ever. Never answered any questions and always said to send email. I sent the email in all compartments but they only replied via bot. I want to withdraw my money and they are asking very sensitive informations in the email. Totally scam, avoid it. They make the deposit easy but the withdrawal hard to lose your money. A void at any costs.
