I submitted a withdrawal and is stacked o processing for 2 days now . The deposit was with BNB .
After contacting support they told me that the withdraw can take up to 10 days to be completed.
It’s unacceptable for a casino accepting crypto having these delays on withdrawals . The maximum time of a withdrawal must be 24 hours
