Very poor customer service to say the least when it comes to withdrawal. Live chat is answered immediately, but useless for cash out process. Finance department is treating you like a fool claiming screenshots of verification docs sent are blurry and claiming after that they didn’t receive updated screenshots. Now they stopped replying to my emails. It’s been 2 weeks. I’ve used dozen casinos and I never had issues with quality of verification docs
