If you deposit money from your bank account you can't withdraw your winnings in crypto, in my case the games had a high RTP, but it's a shame that you operate as a crypto casino and your players can't withdraw winnings with crypto :)

I have made a withdrawal request now and will update you guys on how long it will take.

If I withdraw the winnings soon, I will change my attitude to neutral, But after communicating with SUPPORT, it can't really be good.
