Just annoying. In signed up because they advertised live dealer games in Canada. I signed up. Made a deposit, and all of a sudden in told live games aren't available in my location (Canada) so I asked to withdraw my money without playing anything and they charged me 10 percent. Just seems very unethical

Live dealer glitches
1st issue, I had a winning hand, which I showed with ample proof however the winnings weren't added to my balance
2nd issue, what has happened at least a dozen times, with admission from the live dealer chat support, was I would have bets rejected, however these rejected bets would never get put back into my account. Countless attempts to solve those issues internally have gone nowhere. I was asked too contact their vip support but they never responded
