This is a fantastic Casino in my opinion which is based on playing only this Casino for cirka 6 months.

To begin with Slotbox service both online and email are the best I have experienced. Especially their online live chat service and their reps. They are without exception very polite, professional, helpful and resolve any issues I have had very fast. It's actually feels unbelievable that I am writing the following: every single time I have had to contact service chat I have never walked away unsatisfied or my issue being unresolved. Nota bene these are all small issues since I have never had any serious problems at Slotbox. I did not even have to verify myself for withdrawals until it came to a withdrawal of €800. The process of verification was very easy and fast.

However there is one thing that this Casino does have to fix. The free spins you earn are often in rather lousy games with high volatility and thus the chances of winning anything big even with 100fs is minimized. At least that is my experience. It does not however change my opinion that this is the best online Casino I have used.

One mire thing. Depositing and withdrawing money is a breeze. One of the things that bothers me with soooo many Casinos is the fact that if I deposit with a certain credit or debit card I am forced to use the same card or method to withdraw as I did to deposit. At Slotbox this is no problem whatsoever. I can deposit with one card and withdraw winnings unto another registered card. This simple fact is very important to me as a player as most of the bigger issues I have had to deal with at other Casinos, is precisely this. Casinos have used this to force me to use for example Netteller. All those kind of payment services take a cut of my winnings due to their high transfer fees. Especially when you are talking about larger amounts of money. So this part being so comfortable for me the customer is a huge factor.

I highly recommend this Casino with their service and fast/easy withdrawals being the biggest factor. It is simply A+++ and the best online Casino I have used. It also has all the slots and table games etc that I look for in an online Casino.

What can I say except what a mafia Casino! I'm so effen angry at this Casino. Here is my review:
At first I was satisfied and gambled for over 24.000€ during several months, counting both winnings and losses. My winnings were much higher than losses for cirka 90% of my time being a customer of Wildz. At one time my winnings were 14.000€ and my losses 2.000€
However, when my win to loss ratio had become even and then following that my losses increased, i.e. win/loss ratio was cirka=12.000€/14.000€, suddenly neither one of my registered credit/debit cards at Wildz, which I had used both many times, worked. At first I could only deposit and then within an hour I couldn't withdraw funds. I contacted live support and inquired as to why my cards did not work. The rep could not answer the question except to say that he had no idea why. He offered to check my account and find out why. My response was please do and that I would wait. When he came back he threw a section of the Casinos T&C's at me regarding verification and re-verification and said I needed to verify myself. This is a very important point as he did not say that I had to re-verify or verify myself again. Only that all customers must verify themselves. Spoke to me like I was a brand new customer and the answers all to that one point. No answer why my cards didn't work nor, when asked, why I needed to verify myself again so soon. Nothing in that section of their T&C answered my question(s) regarding my cards suddenly not working nor why they were asking me to re-verify so soon. Also I couldn't understand why the rep kept answering me like I was new and therefore needed verification.
I therefore proceeded to ask him for a more specific answer(s). He became rude, pointed to the section of their T&C that he had sent, then simply left the chat and closed it. Leaving me understandably frustrated but mostly confused and shocked by his attitude. I then send an email to support and asked them the same questions. Same response...not one answer to a single question, only that same section in their T&C. Email support also answered me like a new customer and the only reply besides their T&C was that all customers need to verify their identity.....eh duh...hello!!
I decided after this that I would never play there again and decided to close my account Now at the time I had accumulated 75 free spins and had real money in my account. I open their website and started to sign in....or rather tried to sign in....as I quickly found out that I was unable to do so, as Wildz had locked me out of my account without warning. So even if I had wanted or planned to send the re-verification information again I couldn't!!!
This all happened cirka within a 24 to 36 hour period. I immediately inquired by email as to what the meaning was of locking me out of my account. Especially since I had real money in my account plus 75FS! Also, how the hell they expected me to verify myself again if I couldn't even sign in. I received no response from support except first AGAIN the same section of their T&C and treating me exactly the same as if I had just opened an account. Then only automated replies!
I tried sending several more emails asking what was going on and demanded access to my account. They never gave me an answer or reason for any of this. Simply locked me out of my account and stole my remaining balance as well as the 75fs.
So I say to everyone here who is considering using this Casino to be very careful. I had never had an issue with them and had been satisfied with their service, web design and games. Also the Casino had never had an issue with me nor had I ever broken one rule or done something wrong. Everything seemed to go to hell for me as soon as my loss ratio had gone to around 14.000€ compared to my win ratio of around 12.000€. That fact is the only thing I can point to that was different besides suddenly not being able to use my cards..
The only time I heard from them again was to answer my final email, in which I requested my money be returned immediately. Also that they close my account due to their behavior towards me and keep their 75fs. Their response had nothing to say except that they would close it. Nothing about my money or my earned fs.
I wish to reiterate here once again, the fact that I had never, not once, broken a single rule in their T&C nor had I ever attempted to do so.
I have never ever encountered anything even remotely similar to this experience. Nor could I have ever even imagined such treatment of a very loyal and frequent gambler at a Casino with Wildz's apparent high score on Guru and their size.

Betonic is horrible when it comes to withdrawing winnings. They say their policy is 48 hours to pay out. Which in itself is outrageous. But hey ok, I can live with that and withdrawals have arrived within that time frame. HOWEVER, now I am withdrawing €2500 and it has been 96 hours. I cannot get any straight answers from any rep except pre-written bs. Not one single service representative has even made a tiny effort to give me a reason for the delay. All I get is the pre-written bullshit "We have informed the relevant department and they are going over your withdrawal....bla, bla, bla.
I spent €13.000 last weekend at this Casino and they have the audacity to:
1. Withhold my winnings against their own regulations of 48 hour max waiting time promised.
2. Service through email and Live Chat are absolutely the worst and they are the rudest representatives I have ever encountered and some barely speak English!!!
3. They refuse to answer legitimate questions concerning my money.

It is completely beyond me that this Casino has a 4.5 star out of 10 star rating here.

Conclusion: Stay the hell away from this Casino.
