They will not pay you. Although I have learned a very valuable lesson dealing with these people. Never ever deposit money and play at a casino that doesn't allow you to see a history of your game play or account balance.

I have an account with Extreme. I've both deposited and made a withdraw from this site. They do pay if you're able to see the otherside of the play through. That being said, I'm unsure of their deposit bonuses. All of them are sticky.
Beware.
This means if you deposit $100 using one of their 500% deposit bonuses, not only are you now going to have a ridiculous play through based on the $500+ bonus added to your deposit, but if you are able to make it through the wager requirements, you have to also deduct whatever initial bonus which was applied.
Got a $500 bonus? Even after play through is met, you still have to deduct $500 from your winnings.
All bonuses are sticky.
They also apply withdraw caps on any deposit that has a bonus attached.
Some are as low as 5×.
Deposit $20 with a 100% bonus?
You'll have to wager $1600 just to see anything, then you have to deduct $20 from that, and if you win over $100, the rest gets deleted.
Even the "no rules" bonuses.
So don't be fooled my them.
If you do deposit here, or any of their sister sites, make sure to NEVER EVER apply any of the bonuses.
Your best bet is to play with the free spins and maybe get a $50 withdraw every month or so.

I signed up with the welcome bonus (LCB free chip). Played through it, hit some and lost some. Ended up with about $650 after the wager requirement was met (which was $4500). I had not "activated" my account, which required me to look for the original email and click activate. Easy enough.
Soooo. Time to withdraw.
Tried to withdraw $600, which prompted a "can only withdraw $100" message. Fine, guess that's part of the bonus stipulation. So I go to withdraw $100. Choose bitcoin as payment.
Get a list of KYC documents they need to "verify" my account, including ss of utility bill, ID, etc, at which point they will notify me by MAIL about my verification.

This shouldn't be necessary. It's for $100. Realized that it would probably take months, if ever, to get verified, and decided against sending them anything.
Besides the ridiculous KYC loops for crypto withdraws, the slots themselves spin extremely slow.

Typical Rival/BetSoft casino. Signed up with the $110 free chip. Ran my account up to over $700. When it came time to try and cash out, the only option was bank wire.
They said you could withdraw using crypto currency, so I emailed them to figure out how to facilitate that. Then I used their live chat. Then emailed, then live chat, then email, etc etc etc. Never got a single response.

So I signed up based on the reviews and general, over all decent ratings. I got a deposit bonus through LCB which gave something like a 300% match. I put in $50 of bitcoin and had about $200 overall to play with.
The games are different from most sites. I live in the states (PA), so if you're not dealing with BetSoft, you're dealing with NetEnt. Every site has the same games so something new was refreshing. They have always been fair. I've cashed out and have won some small jackpots. I've also had some nasty dry spells. It's happens. They have an attached, live moderated forum, which is impressive being as though the moderators deal with constant abuse. But this means you can usually get a hold of a casino rep to answer questions or handle issues. I've played through bonuses with money on the other end, and the withdraw has always been extremely fast (bitcoin). Highly recommend if you live in the states and play with crypto. I don't recommend if you want to withdraw USD, as it's check only, with a fee, and will take some time to receive and cash.

I got the $45 no-deposit-bonus. Blew through that really quickly, but decided to deposit $25 in bitcoin to open up some of the daily free spins. Every day requires you to contact customer service to use the free spins. I got nothing back from the bonus, nothing from my initial deposit, and nothing but hassle for the daily "free spins".
