I had a terrible experience with MGM Vegas online casino. After meeting all the required playthrough and providing all the necessary documents, they are refusing to pay me my winnings. At first, they told me that my water utility bill is an acceptable document for verification purposes, but after I provided it, they changed their stance and claimed that it's not sufficient.

I strongly believe that they are using this as an excuse not to pay me because I won off a no deposit bonus code. It's incredibly frustrating because I followed all their rules and played fair and square, yet they are not honoring their end of the deal.

Their customer service has been unhelpful and unresponsive, and it's evident that they don't value their customers. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their services, and I caution others to be wary of their shady business practices. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your online casino needs. And they operate without a license so there's no regulation I will keep this review up and will be posting more until they honor my withdraw and verify my account. They are scam. If you win and request for withdraw, they ask you to submitt your documents and after that you will never receive any response through chat or email. I don’t know how they could still run their casino by scamming others.

I won and they have acknowledged that I have won. They asked for me to verify my identity in order to withdrawl. I have verified with my drivers license but no matter what utility bill I send they keep telling me they cannot see my name and address clearly. I have sent several different ones and each one they keep saying the same thing and then canceling my withdrawl. You can clearly see my name and address and the date on every picture or file I have sent them but they refuse to accept it and pay out the $100.00.

Lol what a joke. Played thousands of dollars over the wager requirement for the no deposit bonus. Had 150 in my account and then they said "you need to have a minium of 250 in your account to withdraw the bonus cause we take out the value of the free chip. Huh? bro get lost. Good thing i didnt deposit on this scam site. If you do good luck.

I won off of a free chip. Max cash out 100. Deposited 30 dollars, and began jumping hoops with all their required documents prior to withdrawl. None of said docs were ever good enough until the 3rd or 4th time around. Once that was completed I waited. Waited and played. This started in the end of Dec. their responses from whoever became a photo copy of the rest which ultimately ends in " kindly wait for a response". I’m STILL WAITING. I’ve sent emails to two different places at their request. I’ve messaged with them about 25 times and all I get is it’s under review it it’s processing. Seems like someone should put a stop to this.

UPDATE: I went to their website and played in fun mode. All the slots that lagged worked perfectly. Spinning fast and stopping. Even the stop button worked. When you play in real money mode they are back to overspinning. Do I need to say more?
Very unfair. I sent them videos of the lagging slow over spinning slots and they told me they do not look at 3rd party files. So I reduced the size of them, resent them to support and they replied they still can't open them. So I decided to close my account and I asked for my account to be closed. A chat rep responded I need to send my ID in front and back to close my account? I refused to send them my Id. Thanks with the help of Casino Guru my account has been closed.

Just joined last night and had a very bad time. Reels take 45 sec a spin to play. I signed up with the welcome bonus (LCB free chip). Played through it, hit some and lost some. Ended up with about $650 after the wager requirement was met (which was $4500). I had not "activated" my account, which required me to look for the original email and click activate. Easy enough.
Soooo. Time to withdraw.
Tried to withdraw $600, which prompted a "can only withdraw $100" message. Fine, guess that's part of the bonus stipulation. So I go to withdraw $100. Choose bitcoin as payment.
Get a list of KYC documents they need to "verify" my account, including ss of utility bill, ID, etc, at which point they will notify me by MAIL about my verification.
It's a bitcoin withdraw.
This shouldn't be necessary. It's for $100. Realized that it would probably take months, if ever, to get verified, and decided against sending them anything.
Besides the ridiculous KYC loops for crypto withdraws, the slots themselves spin extremely slow.
Not sure why they do this, other than to "extend" bonus and deposit playing time, but I found it highly annoying, and won't play here for that alone.
Lastly, the live chat bubble pops up everytime you're on the home page, which is also annoying. It can't be disabled.
