I was surprised when I couldn't play any of Hacksaw's games for real money (they work in demo mode though). I asked HelDesk about it but they just said that they don't work at the moment and that they are looking into it. I tried the next day and the same problem still persisted. However, at this casino's sister casino, Hacksaw's games work flawlessly, so it's quite strange if it works at one of their casinos and not at the other.

The 100% welcome bonus offered by the casino is advertised as a non-sticky bonus. Usually, when it comes to a non-sticky bonus, you first play with the deposit money and if you win, the bonus can be canceled and the money you won can be withdrawn. At this casino, you start playing FIRST with the bonus money and it MUST be wagered first before the winnings can be withdrawn. So in my opinion, this is not a traditional non-sticky bonus.

I was surprised when I couldn't play any of Push-gaming's games other than Fat Banker.
I couldn't play Hacksaw and Pragmatic's games at all, but I got a notification that they can't be played when playing with bonus money.
I asked about it through the chat and was told that they have a list of games on the Bonus Terms page that cannot be played with bonus funds. I looked at that list and there is no mention of games by e.g. Hacksaw, Push Gaming and Pragmatic.
I asked the chat for clarification as to why there is no mention of them on the Bonus Terms page.
I got the answer that they don't appear there, because game providers can prohibit playing games with bonus funds.
I haven't come across such an explanation at other casinos. I think the casino is deceiving the customer by giving the impression that they can play Hacksaw, Push Gaming and Pragmatic games. I made a deposit myself. to the casino because there is no mention of it, not even on the general "Terms and conditions" page.
After that I got the answer that "try to find a game you can play and try to win" :D :D heheh..
Total scam this casino is my opinion!

Very bad taste from this casino! Immediately after the initial deposit, I had to separately request a 100% welcome bonus. And the same happened with the free spins (5x20 FS), twice the spins came normally and after that I had to request them separately. Aspa was told that the reason is that they have a system error that they are trying to figure out...hehheh quite a special system error as far as I know having worked in the field.
