I have only positive things to say about this casino. They first shocked with incredibly fast verification. They helped me in chat and I was verified within minutes. I came across one problem that left me very unhappy. After conversations over email, with incredibly fast responses, we came to an agreement. These do everything to meet the customer halfway and do everything to ensure that the customer is satisfied. It seems that they are very concerned about fairness, which I think is lacking in the market. They have only lasted a year, but I think they will be at the top of the industry as they grow. I am incredibly impressed with the way they have treated me as a player. I would like to give a big thank you to the wonderful person I have been in contact with by email. I can do nothing but really recommend this casino. I would go so far as to say it is the best customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely amazingly good!

Stay away. I had big problems with withdrawals on this site. I now have the same problem with another casino run by the same group (polestar). I advise against all casinos under the Rabidi NV group. They operate exactly the same and have very poor conditions for customers. Thanks to a review here on casino guru, I found out that all these casinos are bad and under the same group. So stay away! Stay away from this casino. After what another user writes here, I did some searching online. This casino probably operates under a larger group. I previously played at legiano casino and had exactly the same problems as I have here. I recognize the answers in chat and the bad terms the casino has. They prefer that players cancel their withdrawals, they therefore have a long processing time and then come up with excuses for it to take even longer. Exactly the same as I experienced at legiano. There is a maximum of 500 eur per day and there can only be 3 pending withdrawals. There is a minimum you can withdraw at this casino. I am now standing with one withdrawal pending, I expect it will take a long time before I see the money in my account. Beware of all casinos under this group.

Although this casino has scored low here, they surprise. Many good bonuses, very fast withdrawals. The only negative is, as I said, that customer service is not always available.
