I have to say I'm disappointed with this casino. At first, I thought, "Wow, I won €1000 on Christmas Day and it was in my account the same day." Unfortunately, the casino is declining more and more. A few weeks ago, I won €500 and it was in my account after two days. A few days ago, I won another €500 and had to inquire several times; it took three days for the money to arrive. Three days isn't anything special. It's 2026, and there are casinos that pay out within an hour, so I find 3-5 days rather poor. Now, on Friday, I played €400, and after several inquiries, support told me I wouldn't receive any cashback because I hadn't lost enough. Instead, they only credit deposit bonuses—just keep depositing and depositing again, but no cashback. Elsewhere, I received €20 cashback. I won't be depositing here in the future.
