They doesn't withdraw your money as they've written until 48 hours.
You didn't get a message, that your KYC is done and the support is telling you you've to write another E-Mail-Adress, cause they can't help you.
The other E-Mail-Adress isn't answering you(one week is done)
Support is ignoring all E-Mails
