I would like to share my experience with this casino. I registered there in January 2023 and deposited 100 euros. After that I wanted to create a deposit limit because I have a gambling problem to stay in control and not deposit anymore. According to the casino's terms and conditions, you can set deposit limits in your profile and I wanted to do that too. However, instead a page with error 404 came up when I clicked on create deposit limit in the profile. After that I contacted the live chat and asked to set a deposit limit. The chat employee then said I would check it and after a short time he informed me that this tool for creating deposit limits would not work at the moment and that he could not create a deposit limit for me either. For casino guru : I didn't get any chat history from the casino!!! As already mentioned, I contacted the live chat again and the responsible department wanted to get in touch with me but so far no one has contacted me!!

I then gambled away my 100 euros and because I could not set a deposit limit, I continued to deposit until I lost 4450 euros in the casino and had massive financial problems as a result. I can understand casino guru wanting proof but i didn't get any chat history from casino live chat.

I then chatted with the casino chat again about 10 days ago and told them everything again and that they would close my account permanently and that I wanted my money back because I was deceived by the terms and conditions, which clearly state that you can create deposit limits. The chat employee told me she would forward my complaint to the responsible department and they would contact me by email. But no one has contacted me or written to me. If anyone reads this and can help me get my money back then please write or comment here. It's just unfair and very sad when you are so deceived and no one helps you get your money back. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me and maybe thanks again to casino guru for trying to help me. Please help me people get my money back I would be very grateful if someone knows a solution!
