I played at this casino for a while and I finally won and I was able to cash out. After cashing out I can’t get any more bonuses. Daily or weekly because of some agarythmn that is in place. When I was asked to contact support I did. That was over 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting on response. Now when I try to deposit in my account I get some error that they have never heard of and I can’t get explanation as to what it is. This casino is a joke because they can’t answer any questions about any issues and if you win good luck getting anything after that but they sure will take your money up to a short amount of time before just blocking you

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Since when is the deposit unavailable? Do you have any remaining balance on your casino account? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please keep in mind that bonuses are still a good-will of the casino and they can decide who gets them or not. Also if you do not have any remaining balance there and you can't deposit, I would simply recommend to play in a different casino.
