Its a typical RTG casino. When you finish wagering the bonus, they take it back. They charge you fees on cashouts.

Im happy I won $900 USD and was paid...not the greatest terms of the RTG casinos out there though.

Trusting paying casino so in the end thats really all that matters.

I don't recommend it because they give you a thousand excuses and stories to prevent you from withdrawing your winnings...
Before playing on Primaplay, it is better to play in demo mode.
What's more, they put a withdrawal limit on the bonus they offer of 100, then they inform you that you can only withdraw 50€....

Just Another RealtimeGaming clone-site casino. With average Bonuses and promotions. Even first no deposit bonus of 50$ isn't so great, wagering is very hard,coz is only 1 provider. Live chat customer support is very slow, and not available all the time for players from Europe. Deposits methods same as in other RTG casinos. Best option (for me) is credit card.

Very strange casino. If you win with no deposit money, they still require a deposit for you to get the money. This is not mentioned anywhere. It is then not a no-deposit bonus. I wouldn't even put a euro here, because it seems that they are not an honest casino. Avoid this place.

I won $1,390 over many hours of playing and had long ago fulfilled wagering requirements. All of a sudden my balance disappeared and was only $138!!!!
I also won a feature which was paying a lot. Halfway through it i got a message saying maximum allowed winnings eas reached and the rest of my free spins would be forfeited. And they cancelled my free spins.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. If you win they just take it away. You cant win any money at this casino!

I have been playing at this casino for quite some time and throughout my whole history you will find that I have NEVER bet more than $2.00 per spin. I recently won approximately $500…requested a payout of $400 but this casino is trying to say I placed ONE bet that was $20.00 and the maximum bet for the bonus I redeemed was $5 therefore I am unable to receive my winnings because I broke a rule. Like I said..I have NEVER bet more than $2 per spins. So I went back in to my play history and not only could I not find the bet I couldn’t find any history for the game they specified (Dorogans Gems). I know for a fact I never bumped my bet up 6 times to $20.00 and the fact that I couldn’t see my game history makes this sound extremely fishy. When I asked them to send me proof they didn’t respond until 4 days later and they sent me a screen shot of a one line chart that was supposedly proof of my bet. Again…looks and sounds very fishy. I asked for a complete play history for the two days that I played 8/2/2023 and 8/3:2023 they just sent another screen shot of what looks like a spreadsheet entry. I have attached a copy of what they sent. I’m sorry I do not believe them,…especially since my play history will most definitely prove that I never place bets that high. I feel so disrespected and hurt that they could do something like this

Bunch of thieves without a casino license.... they stole $50 from me, honestly earned with a bonus in which I had to complete 1200 playthroughs. I tried to withdraw, they came with the excuse that I had exceeded the betting limits.... Those who exceed the limits are the ones who don't even have a license, Stay away, they are just thieves... not to mention the unfair fees when withdrawing cash, simply abuse

I wouldn't play here ever again. Managed to max cash out one of the free bonuses they sent to my email. At which point I wasted my time getting verified only to get another email saying to me that I couldn't cash my winnings because I could only claim 1 no deposit bonus in between deposits and this must've been my 2nd..but you guys offered it to me..you wasted my time. And for that I think it's best I don't play here..sneaky terms and conditions coupled with giving you bonuses in your email you don't even qualify for ..I can't trust that..not to mention RTG slots are already menacing to begin with..if they don't hit on the first 20 or 30 spins, move on..the only problem is some of my favourite games I can't even play anymore cuz I never hit a good bonus game in them ever..and you can have 5 or 10 slots all go cold on you all at the same time by which point say goodbye to whatever money is left in your balance..

RTG slots can be fun ..just beware..they can also rinse you so quickly..

So my sister and I both signed up, she lives next door so they used that as an excuse not to pay me what I won. They told me two people in the same family cannot have accounts. How is that fair? We didn't play on each other's account we just both played the casino. I uploaded verification of both our ID's with our addresses on them along with proof of address and then I was told it was because I exceeded the max bet. So which is it? Liars.

I did get the $50 bonus and played it through $2,419 of $2,500 before I ran out of the bonus money. I like to try and beat the playthrough so I can get an idea of if the casino is good for winning. This was really good, a lot of play for $50.
