Hi I've recently won money on the slots on powbet and I would like to start withdrawing my money. But my account is not verified and I have asked them multiple times if I could verify my account before I start withdrawing my money because I've seen some stuff online about people's accounts being closed. but they keep saying just request a withdrawal and then you can start to verify and I was just wondering what documents do I need to verify my account just so that I have everything ready. If I request a withdrawal and the withdrawal works with out me verify my account can they shut my account down for this?

Casinos usually require at least one type of identity document (ID, driver's license, passport) and one type of proof of address (utility bill, phone bill, etc.). However, some casinos can ask for bank statements, proof of ownership of the payment method used to make a deposit, various selfies, etc. 

Some casinos don't let players make deposits before they submit documents, and other casinos let players withdraw the first or few smaller withdrawals without it, but most often casinos ask for documents at the point of the first withdrawal.

Unfortunately, I cannot speak for the casino and it seems that you received clear instructions on how to proceed with the withdrawal, therefore I would suggest that you follow them. I will leave this complaint open and I would like to kindly ask you to keep us updated.

Thanks very much for your reply. Yes I guess I will try withdraw so its say on powbet the max is 800 I can withdraw but I've seen from other people's post that they where allowed to do 3 withdraws of 800 is that 3 withdraws of 800 to the one account or does it have to be 3 different accounts?

Plus I've heard of people pages getting shut down after they make there first withdraw with powbet. Why is this. This is why I would like my account fully verified before i take any money out! Just so they don't have any reason not to pay me out

Yes i requested 500 euro on Thursday the 16 I am hoping it will be in my account Monday or Tuesday but I have a feeling it will not be there and I will never see my money.is powbet bet even a real casino and if so how do they get away with some if these revives you see online

Hi I've requested two payments of 500 each and I have received them. But my page is still not verified its this okay to withdraw money when the page is not verified I've tried to verify my page a few times before trying to withdraw but it wasn't possible.

Please understand that all casinos have different verification requirements and procedures. As long as the casino didn't request any documents from you, I wouldn't care about it. I am sure that the casino would request the documents from you if it was necessary.
