My username is K********00. My email is K*********00@gmail.com. I requested the withdrawal middle to end of November. It was approved Dec 13, 2023. I have repeatedly opened a live chat, and they have repeatedly lied to me saying they were going to escalate it and each time they made me verify my bitcoin address I did deposit using bitcoin as well. Any help would be appreciated. It’s theft at this point. Sincerely Katherine C M*****. Birthday is 03/**/19**

  • Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed?
  • Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings?
  • Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
  • Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but three months is an unusually long time.
