I’m very concerned about this organisation withholding my winnings
On the 11/8 I won a grand jackpot close to 10k
I went through a painful un necessary rigorous process with issues of ID which I present to them 2 months go.
when everything was checked- they was silence from this organisation.
previous they used this strategy to stress me out to a point where is re used my winnings. Now the story is their withdrawals policy is 10k within a fortnight
I got my first $5000 on 15/8
no message of congratulations
no communication regarding the reminder
I was told the remainder should be paid in 10 business days time.
26/8 was when I was expecting my other remainder.
25/8 I decided to use my withdrawals $4750 given that I one a bit I decided to request another withdrawal $5000 the same day
after making a complaint is was informed that the other remainder will take another 7 business days from 25/8.
to I found this organisation frustrating- withholding payments unnecessarily.
please help me escalating the payments.

Could you please advise since when exactly is your account verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Please note that it is completely common to receive only a part of your winnings weekly as many casinos have different limit for it and there is basically nothing you can do to fast that up.

I was informed that I can’t withdraw $10000 every fortnight
the maximum withdrawals at a time is $5000
it was my own money no bonus

It is completely common and normal that the casino has withdrawal limits. You will simply have to make 2 requests in lower amounts.
I don’t think anything I requested was answered. I’m not sure if they organisation honest enough to advocate for our rights
