Long story in bullet point
- created an account played for few weeks and then stopped online gambling, asked support to completely delete my account via email.
- several weeks later came back but couldn’t log in anymore so created new account same mobile , address , bank cards different email and password
- used bonus two to three times as didn’t like play thru
- pumped in 8k approx without bonus and got on a streak building to nearly $150k
- got asked from documents Team for pics of me, me holding my cards, bank statements , proof of address and just about proof of taking a daily sh…
- I request withdrawal of allowed limit only to be sent back to my account every 2-3 weeks
- documents then sent me to a lawyer to verify my documents and put a stamp on it which I paid $250 for and sent to Pokiez
- they then apparently verified me and moved over to payments team
- half way into a bonus on Lions Gems at $100 a spin absolutely ripping the casino the game stops and I get kicked out and my account blocked
- I email them and they said their compliance team found that I had two accounts with them and that breaks their terms as you can only hold one
- I sent them evidence of emails asking for account to be closed and they said nothing can be done those are the rules
- as a good deed gesture they put a balance of my deposits of about $8k into that old account the pricks never closed and had to help me reset email and password for it
- in shock and just no hope I would get anything as old account the put funds into would have to go thru all the verification drama I played the balance down not knowing that there is a site like this to help
- the only thing I could find is that Pokiez was unlicensed and blocked by Aus governing body.
Feel completely fucked over by casino and knowing more about them as I do now and realising they are a small casino good luck if you win anything big like six figures and you want it cashed (even broken down into the $5k per transaction limits) they will run you thru the mud hoping you cancel and keep spinning. AVOID!!!
