This is pure scam! I had a lucky streak building up a balance of nearly 150k. They never paid a cent. Asked me to get a lawyer to verify my identify and send them document after document only to block me midway thru a bonus after weeks of trying to get some winnings. Never put a cent in this casino!!!!

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you speak to the casino and what was it about?

As long as the casino voided your balance unreasonably, there is still way to retrieve it but we will definitely need more details as it is not clear what exactly happen.

How did you achieve your winnings - real money or bonus? Did you pass the verification? Did they explain why was your balance voided?
