Even though I understand your point of view, please understand, that each casino has a different bonus policy and rewarding system. A bonus is something like a gift from the casino that the casino can decide whether you are eligible for receiving them or not, and which rules are applied to them.
I have checked the general bonus terms and conditions, and I found a list of restricted games. I have to say, even if the list is quite long, if the casino shares all the relevant information on their website, there is not much we can do
We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from playing restricted games but, unfortunately, this is not standard practice yet. You were not stopped or blocked when you decided to play a restricted game, and, as a result, you breached the rule.
Lastly, I would like to emphasize that casinos can require documents for additional verification, even if your account has already been verified. This isn’t anything unusual.
Sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.
