Do I understand it correctly that you have been accused of breaching maximum bet rule while completing bonus wagering requirements?

Are you aware of placing single bet higher than the maximum allowed one? Could you please advise how much was your last deposit and what bonus you have activated?

Hi I did not know about the bonus condition I was going to withdrawal at 8000$ and I had to wager in 1800$ more before I can withdraw and I start betting high just to wager the 1800$ when I withdraw 5000$ first one then I made athere 5000$ withdrawal they put back 1000$ back in my account I am a vip member with pokiespins and I don’t still understand still why they did not pay me out and they should of told me I can’t withdraw I would not withdraw the 10000$ now I can’t even get that back how come that’s not fair I have deposit 7000$ with pokiespins it ok for them to take out my money ye but they don’t like paying out
