account is currently CLOSED I requested a 72 hour break so I couldn’t go back and spend the money as that’s what usually happens

I don’t get it. So why check that gamepaly? What about the $20,000 lost they check that gameplay to ensure it correctly flogged my money? I doubt pragmstic has requested to check? I play with other casinos win 10x this amount and never have had this happen to me. It’s funny tho I can cancel the withdrawal and spend the balance no problem. If the money was in question for validation why is that even so.
