Hi thanks for your prompt response but yes my kyc is fully verified and the method was wire transfer.
They have said my withdrawal and kyc have both been approved and the reason it is taking so long is delays with there third party payment processor and it’s out of there hands but my request has actually been longer than 3 weeks as I had to re submit the request after one failed attempt with a bitcoin withdrawal But that was denied as it wasn’t my main deposit method so this has been going on over a month now
