The player from Australia has requested a withdrawal three weeks ago. It has been pending since. Casino didn't respond.
I have checked my account is verified, I've met all wagering requirements, I don't have any limit on my withdrawal from the bonus, yet I've been waiting for 3 weeks for my payment to even be approved. They have told me that it's an issue with the third party but it looks like it hasn't even been approved to be sent to the third party. They have lied multiple times and not met the time frames that they state they would, I have contacted them multiple times via email and live chat and have just been told to wait. I have tried to call nearly 50 times and not had one call answered and there voicemail box is full so can't even leave a message. I believe they are doing everything possible to not pay this out.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Hi, my withdrawal doesn't actually say it's approved, it still says pending. This is also not my first time withdrawing from this site. I understand it will take sometime to land in my account after its been approved but it doesn't seem like anything is happening.

Not suprised to see they havent replied or anything, i havent recieved any updates from pokie place and it is now going on just about a month since i intially requested the cashout
