The player from Australia had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, her payout had not been received yet. She had expressed frustration with two online casinos, Pokie Mate and Golden Pokies, for delays in processing her withdrawals amounting to $1000 and $600 respectively. I am also well aware of the Xmas and New Year Public Holidays which could set back payment times

Thank you for your response. Apon looking further into my account I submitted my first attempt of withdrawal with pokie mate on 28/12/23 almost at the 2 week mark.
