Hello guys,




I use to play on Pokerstars a lot, but recently after some winnings i was asked for KYC (Account verification). I've sent everything they asked for, 3 weeks ago, 3 times, 3 different ways, and i didnt get any anwser. Now, i've just 5 more days until my account get blocked because they're saying that i didnt sent it.


I've tried to talk to the Chat guys, they were always very pacient and and calm, they said that the team is already handling it, but nothing happens.


Can you guys help me out?
