The player from Finland is complaining about unauthorized transactions. We’ve rejected this complaint as unjustified.
Hi. The problem is not directly related to the Pokerstars site. Someone stole 600 euros from my card from me and the money had gone to a party called Stars Douglas Gbr. I would just ask if you have come across a similar case before? thanks in advance

Dear Janne,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Was the money deducted from your bank account and credited to your casino account? Have you communicated this issue with your payment provider and the casino directly? If there’s any relevant communication, please forward it to petronela.k@casino.guru.
Have you previously deposited funds into your casino account using the same payment method?
I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.
Best regards,
Petronela
Hey. I closed that site a long time ago and I certainly haven’t paid with this particular card because the card was 2 months old. I last played on this site about a year ago when I also closed that site. So someone has just laundered money through this Casino once they have got my card details in their hands. There had also been an attempt to withdraw 100 euros to the Betfair site but I had already closed my card before this. I have discussed this with the Casino but it has not progressed on this issue

Thank you very much, Janne, for your reply. I would recommend contacting the police and your bank. I'm afraid we won't be able to help you with this kind of issue.
Hey. I wasn’t expecting help with that problem, I just wanted to ask if there was such a similar case before you became aware of it? I know that these UK and similar casinos are used in these cases where transactions made with a visa card do not require authentication. Thanks anyway.

Dear Janne,
Please see below a link for our review for PokerStars Casino:

All the complaints, even if they have been rejected, are visible in our review. As far as I remember, we haven't come across a similar complaint for this specific casino. However, we had a few cases resembling yours but related to different casinos. In each case, we suggested the players contacting their bank and the police directly.
